| Guy Vance Brown Architects gathered design criteria from surveys of existing EmPhysis facilities, and from meetings with EmPhysis management, staff, the City of Rockwall, and the Rockwall Economic Development Council. The Development Council manages and enforces design standards at Rockwall Technology Park where EmPhysis' new corporate offices were built. Design submittal drawings prepared by GVB Architects were approved by the Economic Development Council's Board at EmPhysis' first hearing. GVB Architects completed construction documents and provided continued input as needed throughout construction. EmPhysis now resides in an economical and efficient building, networked with computer, communication, and security systems. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
