Every Project - Special Care

An existing porch and upper deck are redesigned for outdoor living & entertaining.

The upper deck is expanded to cover the entire porch below. New structural skylights are added to provide daylight below.

The new design seen from back yard. The upper deck overlooks a natural creek and a beautiful golf course on the other side.

All design images were created using 3D modeling software to facilitate better design, coordination, and understanding.

Widening the porch, even just a little, provides space for dining, conversation, ventless gas fireplace, and BBQ grill. Notice how positions of columns, ceiling beams, skylights, & fireplace all relate.

New paneled columns on brick pedestals with cornice above and new railings and gates below provide a more finished look. Special deck framing allows for a higher porch ceiling.

Georgian Style Estate - Before

Originally this was a 1940's farmhouse with open land everywhere. It's now on seven beautiful acres surrounded by Preston Hollow

Major exterior and interior renovation with style upgrades including replacing painted brick with a traditional sand molded brick.

Cottage Addition - After

The new addition could have felt too large for the neighborhood but, one story roofs at porch and sides help reduce the scale to fit in.
